Ingredients

  • ok3 sprigs steamed broccoli
  • ok4 carrot slice flowers
  • ok1 orange pepper sun
  • okOnion for stalks and sun rays
  • ok3 florets cauliflower
  • ok13 niblets sweet corn
  • okChive stalks
  • okCucumber flowers
  • okBaby basil leaves 
  • ok2 tea spoons of butter or margarine

Let's Cook

  1. 1Whatever leftover vegetables you have in the fridge! (Tomatoes, green beans, mushrooms, cauliflower etc.) 
  2. 2Sauté onions in the butter. 
  3. 3Add everything else and bring it to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes. 
  4. 4Place broccoli on plate to make it look like a forest. 5. Add the rest of the veggies around them to give more color. Serve immediately.
