HEALTHY CHICKEN NUGGETS LUNCH

Ingredients

  • ok2 chicken breasts (300g) 
  • ok1 whisked egg
  • ok1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • ok½ tsp salt
  • ok¼ tsp black pepper
  • okChoice of seasoning: Oregano or Paprika
  • ok3 Tbsp Hummus

Let's Cook

  1. 1Wash, clean and cut chicken breasts into medium cubes. 
  2. 2In a bowl, add whisked egg, and in another bowl, add breadcrumbs and choices of seasonings (salt, pepper, oregano, or paprika).
  3. 3Dip each chicken piece in egg, then breadcrumbs. 
  4. 4Arrange breaded chicken nuggets on baking tray and bake in pre-heated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes. Broil for an extra 5-7 minutes for a golden crispy finish.
  5. 5Serve with hummus on the side.
  6. 6Who knew chicken nuggets would be so much fun!
