Ingredients

  • ok1 whole-wheat pita bread 
  • ok2 tbsp labneh
  • ok½ tsp zaatar
  • ok1 tsp Olive oil
  • ok2 peeled cucumbers
  • ok½ tomato
  • ok¼ lemon
  • ok¼ salt
  • okPinch of pepper
  • okMaking a healthy twist to traditional!

Let's Cook

  1. 1Cut a piece of thick whole-wheat pita bread in half (use only one half). 
  2. 2Add labneh and a mix of zaatar and olive oil on top. 
  3. 3Finely chop cucumbers and tomato and marinate with olive oil, lemon, salt, a pinch of pepper.
  4. 4Just another way to say YUM!.
