SPINACH WITH A TWIST

Give your kid a delicious treat with this Roulade.

  1. 1Use a medium frying pan sauté onions in oil until they’re soft and golden brown.
  2. 2Mix in the spinach.
  3. 3Once done, remove the pan from heat.
  4. 4Preheat your oven to 170°C.
  5. 5Place a baking paper onto a deep baking sheet and be sure to cover the edges.
  6. 6In a container, beat the eggs, add powder milk and water and mix thoroughly and pour it gently over the baking sheet.
  7. 7Sprinkle the sauté filling on top and sprinkle cheese. Bake this in an oven until the eggs are fully cooked.
  8. 8Remove it from the oven, and while still warm, roll one side of the baking paper to form a Roulade.
  9. 9Transfer to a serving dish, add pepper for seasoning and allow the Roulade to cool before slicing. 
  10. 10And there you have it, a delicious meal with spinach for your kids to enjoy.
